Bill Marr
Mortgage Advisor
Bill Marr has been a Mortgage Advisor for over a decade. He currently works for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation. Previously, he worked for Bank of America Mortgage as Vice President and Mortgage Advisor and prior to that, worked for JP Morgan Chase as a Senior Vice President and Sales Manager.
Bill enjoys building the trust of his clients by delivering on exactly what he promised from the beginning. He accomplishes this by attending every loan signing in person to explain loan documents and to ensure all the fees are correct and agreed upon.
While working for Bank of America, Bill was in the top 1% of mortgage originators in the US in total loan volume for 5 years. Bill has funded over 350 million in closed loans for a total of more than 850 total loan transactions. Bill closed 104 million in residential mortgages in 1 single year.
Bill lives in Folsom, California with his wife Kristina. They have 3 children, Spencer, Cooper and Lily. When not at work, Bill enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, riding his Harley and just relaxing by the pool.
Natalie de Puglia
Executive Assistant
Natalie de Puglia has been Bill Marr's Executive Assistant since 2010. She is highly experienced in a wide range of administrative and executive support related duties. Natalie brings over 6 years experience in the retail banking industry. Natalie works directly with each client to gather income and asset documentation as well as coordinate loan signing appointments and prepare and send out marketing materials.
She has achieved her Associate of Arts Degree and is currently studying for her Bachelors of Science Degree from Sacramento State University. Natalie is a huge asset to Bill's team and a welcome addition.
